Sales Development Representative (SDR)
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Goji, you’ll be at the heartbeat of our sales engine, expertly handling inbound marketing-qualified leads and crafting outbound strategies that open doors to new opportunities. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between potential clients’ needs and our cutting-edge solutions, playing a crucial part in fueling Goji’s growth. You’re the front-line evangelist, the one who sets the stage for all the action.
Your day-to-day involves engaging with leads through calls, emails, and social media to turn prospects into real business opportunities. You’ll work directly under the Sales Manager to refine sales tactics and push the revenue-driving strategies forward. You Bring
- Proven track record in B2B sales or customer service.
- Strong experience with cold email campaigns and outreach (both set up and operation)
- Strong experience with LinkedIn and Sales Manager campaigns and outreach (both set up and operation)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and sales automation tools
- A strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume prospecting and lead research to generate qualified leads through calls, emails, and social media interactions.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the Sales team.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand effective content and messaging for outbound campaigns.
- Participate in regular training and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
