The Challenge
Hiring is one of the most difficult challenges for growing companies. While employee referrals are widely recognized as one of the best sources of quality hires, most organizations lacked the tools to track, manage, and scale referrals effectively.
Boon identified this gap and set out to create a platform that would streamline the referral process while incentivizing employees to participate. The challenge was not only to design a platform that simplified a traditionally clunky workflow but also to ensure adoption across both employees and HR leaders.
Our Approach
We worked with Boon to translate their vision into a robust and intuitive product that solved the referral challenge head-on. Our process began with interviews across HR teams and employees to map out pain points, then moved into architecture and design.
From there, we created a clean, user-friendly interface that allowed employees to quickly submit referrals while giving HR leaders the ability to track progress, manage incentives, and integrate into their broader hiring pipeline. Leveraging custom web app development, we built a scalable platform designed for growth.
