The Challenge
Choosing a career path is one of the most important, and stressful decisions students and job seekers face. Most platforms offered either generic advice or scattered tools, leaving users without a clear roadmap. Career Capture wanted to change this by creating a platform that could personalize the career journey for each user.
The challenge was to create a digital solution that was accessible and engaging, but also capable of handling complex data about industries, career paths, and user profiles. Career Capture needed a product that could inspire confidence and provide actionable direction.
Our Approach
We worked with Career Capture to build a platform that made career exploration approachable and practical. Our process combined research into user behavior with Mobile App Development to deliver a product tailored to students and job seekers.
We developed an architecture that allowed users to explore industries, take assessments, and connect with mentors. The UI/UX emphasized clarity, with clean navigation and an approachable design that avoided overwhelming users. By testing throughout the process, we ensured the platform supported decision-making at every stage.

The platform delivered a fresh, engaging hiring experience designed specifically for new college graduates and early-career professionals, and the results speak to its effectiveness. By giving job seekers the ability to showcase who they are through 60-second video pitches, custom skill tags, and a personalized profile, Career Capture shifted the dynamic from passive application to dynamic presentation, helping graduates connect with employers whose culture and values truly matched their aspirations. On the employer side, the introduction of video job postings, behind-the-scenes company film reels, and integrated applicant-tracking capabilities empowered hiring teams to better highlight their brand and assess talent in a more meaningful way.

Graduates gained confidence and clarity through a transparent process tailored to their voice, while employers reduced “shock exit” risk by aligning candidate expectations to company realities from day one.
