The Challenge

Our Approach
We worked with Mindr to design a product that prioritized community and inclusion without losing sight of business needs. Our discovery process included interviews with employees, HR leaders, and inclusion officers to understand the nuances of workplace culture.
From there, we built a platform that combined community hubs, event coordination, and resource sharing into a seamless experience. Through Custom Web App Development, we delivered a secure and scalable platform with features that empowered both employees and administrators.
