The Role

This position offers the chance to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and directly influence our growth trajectory. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record in digital marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
You Bring
- 5+ years in marketing with a strong focus on B2B growth in a service-based setting (required).
- Mastery of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads advertising platforms (required).
- An analytical mind coupled with a flair for creativity.
- Skills in crafting compelling content for diverse channels.
- SEO knowledge and experience with tools like SEMRush or Ahrefs.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Experience with design tools is a plus. If you’ve dabbled in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, that’s even better.
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and roll out a holistic growth marketing blueprint.
- Stay updated on market shifts and competitor moves with ongoing research.
- Design, run, and tweak remarkable outbound, inbound, and nurture marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign success, drawing insights to fuel future strategies.
- Present regular performance reports and insights to our CEO.
- Work seamlessly with other teams to radiate a unified brand message.
- Work closely with our Sales team to ensure healthy lead handoff and campaign calibration processes

- Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year depending on location and experience
